  • Sonus Festival has been rescheduled - What options do you offer?

    • Exchange your current ticket for a ticket valid for 2021 and we grant you a spot on the guestlist for our opening-party next year. In addition, you will receive drink vouchers worth 50€ per transferred ticket, which are valid during the whole festival.
    • Donate the ticket money and receive a limited Sonus Supporter T-Shirt for every ticket donated.
    • Get a refund of the ticket price.
    Everyone who decided against a transfer will receive a automated refund.
  • When will I receive the ticket for 2021?

    Depending on the ticketing platform the send-out will either be instant or might take about a month. But do not worry; you will receive your tickets on time for next years.

  • When will I receive my money?

    We stand by our word and are refunding every ticket that is not transferred to Sonus Festival 2021. Unfortunately, our ticketing partner Eventbrite is having difficulties keeping up with the thousands of events worldwide which need to be refunded, for which Eventbrite alone is responsible. This is why the refund process is progressing very slowly. We fully understand all of our customers who are writing us messages asking where the money is being held. Festicket has already refunded all ticket holders. We have already provided Eventbrite long time ago with all the information they need to ensure a smooth refund process.
    Originally, Eventbrite had planned to process the refund in bulk, however as Eventbrite cannot give a time frame for this, we have initiated a manual refund. Each transaction will be initiated separately by us, meaning that some customers will get their money back before others. We therefore continue to kindly ask everyone to remain patient. This is an unpleasant situation for us and we fully understand the problems our customers are bringing to our attention. We are trying to process refunds as quickly as possible and would like to thank each customer for their continued patience.

  • Can I only refund some of my tickets?

    This is not possible. Only the entire shopping cart / order number can be transferred to 2021, donated or be refunded.

  • Will there be the exact same line-up next year?

    We are trying our best to bring the 2020 line-up to next year. We cannot promise that it will be the same artists, but you can be sure by keeping your ticket for next year you will get the full Sonus experience. We will try to make 2021 our best year ever.

  • I bought my ticket from a friend or a reseller. Can I get a refund?

    If you bought a ticket outside of official Sonus Channels, there is no possibility of a refund. The person who first bought the ticket on an official channel will be refunded. Please contact the person you bought your ticket from. We cannot offer support for private reselling including TicketSwap.

  • I bought a package, what should I do?

    If you bought a ticket package please directly get in contact with your package dealer.
