Villas Royal 4* are complex of luxury villas located in Sankovi stani, 500 meters away from the Adriatic sea and 3,5 kilometers away from Novalja city centre. Each villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
Villas have 4 spacious, fully air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies. Two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and two with two single beds that can be joined if needed. Each villa has a total of three bathrooms. One en-suite, all equipped with showers. Bed linen and bathroom towels are provided. Living room has sofa bed for 2 additional people and is connected with fully equipped kitchen, dining room and direct access to a spacious terrace with dining area and barbecue. There is a spacious sun deck with a sun lounger and a swimming pool. Villas also have a private parking for the guests.
Tourist tax is included in the price.
Additional cost to be paid in villa: Final cleaning = 120,00 EUR per villa.
Obligatory security deposit (will be returned on check-out if no damage has been made) of 800,00 EUR per villa will also be collected at the check in.
NOTE: There are several same-size private villas in this complex. General layout and interior design of all villas is quite similar, but orientation / view vary from unit to unit.
