Its heated saltwater pool has two different depths and a beautiful sun terrace with loungers, prepared for your dream vacation. This hidden getaway is located in Jakisnica, 14 km away from Novalja, yet only 100m away from beautiful beaches, excellent local restaurants and grocery stores.
The villa features a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, an ideal spot to watch the sunset from. On top of that, it features a fireplace, a small children’s playground, and an outdoor dining area with a barbecue grill, so you can relish typical Croatian dishes with friends and/or family.
Guests have at their disposal table tennis, table football, soccer goals and a paddle board, while inside the villa, you can use PS4 or have fun with karaoke. The living space, with a total of 330m2, is equipped to meet all your needs. Fully air-conditioned villa has 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms, an additional bathroom with a washer and a dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a modern living room, this villa can accommodate up to 8 people.
Tourist tax is included in the price.
Additional cost to be paid in villa: Final cleaning = 120,00 EUR per villa.
Obligatory security deposit (will be returned on check-out if no damage has been made) of 800,00 EUR per villa will also be collected at the check in.
NOTE: There are two same-size private villas in this complex. General layout and interior design of all villas is quite similar, but orientation / view vary from unit to unit.
